Lydia Thompson
BIO: Lydia Thompson is heading into her senior year at Denver School of the Arts – DENVER SCHOOL OF THE ARTS CREDITS: Arcadia (Chloe), Spring Awakening (Chair of Rock, Wendla US), The Country Wife (Alithea), Hairspray (LouAnn, Amber Von Tussle US), The Laramie Project and The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later (Associate Producer), and Beauty and the Beast (Wolf, Fork, Napkin). OTHER CREDITS: One Flea Spare (Morse), The Mess of Us (Original stage reading at University of Denver and stage reading at the Historic Elitch Gardens Theater – Ruby), Rent (Joanne), and is a member of the Colorado Youth Dance Theatre.
Outside of theatre, Lydia dances all the time whether it's in classes at Denver School of the Arts or Cleo Parker Robinson's, rehearsals for Colorado Youth Dance Theatre, or having her own dance parties around her house. Lydia is heading into her fifth year as a thespian officer, having served positions as Historian, Freshman Representative, Secretary, and is currently serving as Co-President for the thespian troupe. She is also a part of Denver School of the Arts' National Honors Society and has been volunteering at Park Hill library for five years, loving each moment of library activities.
